How do we

rediscover

personal intuition in a diet-driven

culture that tells us we know nothing?

The dilema

Our unlimited access to information in todays technology driven culture is both a blessing and a curse. With so many resources available, it's easy to think that the internet has the answers to everything. However, when it comes to our health and body, theres only one voice that knows best, and we've been ignoring it.

While we're consumed with the millions of other voices on the internet — influencers promoting certain diets, celebrities swearing by cutting out certain foods — we silence our own. If we aren't careful, the things we interact with every day threaten our happiness, our health, and our personal intuition.

We don't have to stop consuming — it is possible for us to co-exist happily alongside diet culture without letting it to make us feel guilty and out of control. My hope is that by browsing some of the topics on this site you are simply made aware of the fact that you are not to blame for feeling overwhelmed by diet culture. At the end of the day — you and only you are in control of your body.

Lets commit to reigniting personal intuition. Lets start using all of the resources available to us to cultivate a beautiful and beneficial environment that helps us continue to learn more about ourselves, rather than make us feel helpless.
